All project activities completed end of 2005On 23 December 2003, Dr h.c. Ingo Kober, President of the European Patent Office signed a contract with the European Commission to execute activities for the benefit of Ukraine to assist in improving the Intellectual Property Right system in the country. The project is carried out mainly for the State Department of Intellectual Property in Ukraine headed by the Chairman Dr Mykola Paladiy; and will run for 15 months (January 2004 - March 2005); covering aspects of state registers; restructuring the system of Collective Rights Management societies; revision of the State Department; customs’ skills development, assistance in publishing legal decision and creating a database of judgements. |
